I keep pricing simple: fair, transparent, and always agreed in advance. I am not aiming for the moon when it comes to pricing. My goal is to offer practical support at a level that makes sense in today's market.

Where I do aim for the moon is in results. Whether it is a short project or a long-term contract, the focus is always on impact and outcomes that matter.

Shorter projects and one-off workshops are usually billed hourly. For longer advisory contracts or clearly defined project work, hourly rates can start from €65 (excluding VAT). The final rate always depends on the length, scope, and type of assignment. The longer and clearer the collaboration, the more flexible the pricing becomes.
