I'm Ton Wolting, and I help people and organizations move forward with confidence. 

I am from the Netherlands originally, and I have lived in Finland for 15 years. I have more than 20 years of experience coordinating and managing delivery, processes, and changes across teams and clients, and across many industries.

I think the Dutch plain speaking combined with Finnish clarity make for a powerful combination in delivering real lasting results. I have held both hands-on and leadership roles, and have learnt so much from working directly on the work itself. This balance in top level knowledge helps me connect people, remove blockers, and convert ideas into actions which create real improvement.

Through Wolting Advisory I provide practical support to companies and professionals in the areas of strategy, processes, sales and careers. My service always focuses on people, clarity and meaningful outcomes.
